Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading rental inventory for events
- Help pick and prepare orders for upcoming events
- Process returned orders upon return to the warehouse
- Clean, inspect, and reset rentals to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any damage or missing items
- Help organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support event operations
Role Overview
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling rentals
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory
- Organized and able to follow systems and processes
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory experience is an asset but not required
Schedule & Season
- Seasonal position (spring through fall), with the opportunity for additional work in the off-season
- Mix of weekday and weekend shifts depending on event schedule
We’re seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations throughout the wedding season. This hands-on role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with physical work. You’ll play an important role in ensuring rentals are prepared, maintained and processed efficiently before and after events.
You’ll work closely with the delivery and operations team to keep inventory moving smoothly and the warehouse running efficiently.
