Yes, we exclusively offer artificial florals.  Our carefully curated collections will feature the finest real-touch artificial florals that offer unparalleled softness and natural movement, mirroring the beauty of nature. Real-touch florals allow you to create an impactful floral moment without compromising your budget. Because they’re rented rather than purchased, you’re able to incorporate more florals throughout your event, while keeping costs intentional and predictable.

Our arrangements are thoughtfully curated and cannot be adjusted by removing individual florals. Depending on availability, select color add-ins may be possible. As our collections grow, we will also be introducing new floral designs to suit a wider range of palettes and event styles.

At Rori Ranch Rentals, we understand the importance of seeing your favorite rentals in person. While we don’t have a showroom, we do our best to accommodate viewings by appointment only, based on availability and time of year. We recommend creating a list of the items you’re most interested in so we can prepare select pieces ahead of your scheduled visit.

Please note that we’re unable to pull full collections for viewings; however, we’re happy to showcase individual pieces that reflect the overall design, colour palette, and style. To ensure availability of our exclusive real-touch floral collections, we suggest booking in advance. Popular dates often reserve up to a year ahead, especially during peak season.

We proudly service Calgary, Cochrane, the Rocky Mountains, and surrounding areas, with an approximate 130 km service radius from our location. If you’re unsure whether your venue falls within this range, please reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm delivery availability.

Our standard rates apply to events located within Calgary, Cochrane, and nearby venues. For locations outside of city limits, additional travel and logistics fees apply based on distance and access. Please contact us for a custom quote and further details specific to your venue.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event date. Once your booking is confirmed, florals are fully reserved for your event and removed from availability.

Due to the nature of our floral collections, items cannot be removed from your invoice once booked. Exchanges may be accomodated on a case-by-case basis, however, add-ons are welcome and can be added to your order based on availability.

The key to a seamless rain-day experience is having a clear and detailed rain plan in place, with all possible scenarios thoughtfully considered in advance.

For very light drizzle or brief sprinkles during a quick ceremony turnaround, florals may remain in place at our discretion, provided they are fully protected and exposure is minimal. In some cases, additional fees may apply if our team is required to remain on-site to implement protective measures.

In the event of steady or heavy rainfall, all florals and installations must be moved indoors immediately. Our florals cannot be exposed to rain, and it’s essential that this plan is clearly communicated and coordinated ahead of time.

Our Real-Touch florals are thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed throughout your celebration, and gentle handling is expected. Clients are responsible for the floral rentals for the duration of the rental period. In the event that a piece is damaged beyond normal use — such as broken stems, torn petals, or significant soiling — a repair or replacement fee may apply.
