Where are you located?
We are located 30 minutes from the NW edge of Calgary and 15 minutes north of Cochrane, on HWY 22, near the Westbrook School.
what are your service areas?
We service Calgary, Cochrane, the Rocky Mountains and surrounding areas with approximately a 130KM radius from our location. Please contact us to confirm delivery to your area.
Can I see the rentals in person before booking?
At Rori Ranch Rentals, we understand the importance of seeing your favorite rentals in person. While we don't have a showroom, we welcome clients to visit by appointment, based on availability and time of year. We recommend creating a list of the rentals you’re interested in seeing so we can prepare these items for the scheduled viewing. Please reach out to us if you’d like to arrange a visit.
How far in advance should I place my order and what is required to secure it?
To ensure availability and to secure your favorite rentals, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible, as many of our rental’s book up to a year in advance. Early reservations give you the best selection and offers peace of mind that the items you love will be available for your special occasion. Officially we require at least seven (7) days notice prior to your event date to ensure sufficient time to process and prepare your order.
At the time of booking we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit and signed contract to secure your rentals for your event date. If your event is within thirty (30) days at the time of booking, full payment and a signed contract will be required.
Do you offer delivery and pickup and what are your delivery rates?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup at an additional fee that is calculated based on venue location, delivery windows, the size of your order, time of day and accessibility.
Do you offer setup and tear down?
Yes, we offer setup and tear down at an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
What happens if the items are returned broken or damaged?
We understand that that accidents can happen. However, if any rental items are lost, broken or damaged, the client is responsible for covering the replacement cost. An updated invoice will be provided, with amount due, and the charge will be applied to the credit card on file.
Do I need to clean the rentals after use?
We take care of all cleaning and sanitizing procedures upon return, but we do ask for any food to be removed and rinsed off our dishes/flatware and any liquid to be emptied from our glassware prior to repacking. It is important to ensure that all linens stay dry and free from food, prior to placing in the provided laundry bags, to avoid damage. All items must be returned to their original packaging prior to the return. More information is provided in our rental contract which outlines all of our policies and procedures
