Key Responsibilities
- Prepare linens for upcoming events making sure quantities and styles are accurate
- Sort, count, fold and package linens according to order requirements
- Assist with processing returned linens after events
- Inspect linens for cleanliness, stains or damage
- Track and report any damaged or missing linens
- Help coordinate linen flow to and from cleaning services as needed
- Maintain an organized, tidy linen storage area
- Support general warehouse tasks related to linen handling and preparation with the opportunity to assist in the warehouse as needed
Role Overview
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working with fabric and handling linens with care
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Physically capable of lifting linen bins and moving inventory
- Calm, focused and quality-driven
- Previous experience with linens, laundry or inventory is an asset but not required
Schedule & Season
- Seasonal position (spring through fall)
- Primarily weekday shifts, with occasional weekend support as needed, though weekend-focused availability can be accommodated if preferred
We’re seeking a Seasonal Linen Department Assistant to support the preparation, processing and care of our linen inventory throughout the wedding season. This detail-focused, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working methodically, takes pride in quality and understands the importance of presentation.
You’ll help ensure all linens are clean, inspected, organized and ready for events, working closely with our warehouse and delivery teams.
