Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Driver with delivery and pickup routes
- Assist with loading and unloading rental inventory
- Ensure inventory is secured, organized, and transported with care
- Help with on-site setup and teardown as needed
- Support delivery-day logistics and follow direction from the Lead Driver
- Perform basic checks and help keep vehicles clean and organized
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and loading area
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth event days
Role Overview
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company vehicles (experience with larger trucks is an asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Physically capable of lifting and moving rental inventory
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively under pressure
- Calm, adaptable and detail-oriented
Schedule & Season
- Seasonal position (spring through fall), with the opportunity for additional work in the off-season
- Primarily weekend-based shifts, with occasional weekday work depending on event schedule
- Availability for late-night pickups within the city and surrounding areas, with an increased hourly rate
We’re seeking a Seasonal Delivery Team Assistant to support our delivery operations throughout the wedding season. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely alongside our Lead Driver and delivery team to ensure deliveries, pickups and event logistics run smoothly.
As part of the delivery team, you’ll play a key role in handling inventory with care, supporting on-site operations and helping create a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
